  Great local opticians in Pinner. I use this opticians for our whole family. They take the extra time with the kids so we feel a lot more confident. Was using one of the multiples before but they were not spending the time and just trying to sell us new glasses. Great selection of frames and the staff are all really helpful.   In a world that seems full of opticians its is fantastic to have one that focuses on excellent service. Having initially gone to a large chain, i soon realised it was expertise i valued. Over the years, the service has been superb, and you are always made to feel welcome and are actually remembered. In addition, i have managed to bend frames in a way that meant they were long gone. They have a lady who is a genius at rescuing them .   Thank you Icare!. For the past several years I have been complaining of sore gritty watery eyes and eye strain. Ritu and Sandeep help resolve this issue with a two year long strategy and a lot of patience. They diagnosed I had a form of dry eyes and booked me into their dry eye clinic where I was given drops to help with the sore eyes and advise on how to manage my condition.Sandeep then advised occupational spectacles as I spent the majority of time teaching piano. Ritu help me a choose a frame that fitted my bubbly personality. The spectacles don't just look great but they have stopped my eyestrain. Now I am in a happy place. Thank you ICare.   Sandeep and his team are very professional and personable. I have been coming here for 9 years every year for an eye test based on a family history of Glaucoma. I also have to have both reading and distance glasses, Sandeep is so thorough and reassuring and he really cares about his customers . Parvinder is great too always so helpful and patient with choosing new glasses. In the last few years I have also been really impressed with their Covid policy, everything is wiped down after a patient which is so reassuring. Highly recommended!   I have been going to ICare for years with my children and have always received expert advice. Sandeep and the whole team are extremely friendly and really show that they care. The experience with young kids all the way throughout their teens was always pleasurable; where they gave us all first class care with no fuss and great service. Recently, I took my husband to ICare for the first time, who was reticent to go along. Sandeep put him at ease and was so knowledgeable and reassuring, which meant my husband was delighted!   Booked an appointment at short notice at this wonderful opticians. We received a very thorough checkup for our toddler, who has been having eye issues for a while. The head optician was kind and patient with our child and talked us through everything. We have now booked us all for an eye appointment, as we were impressed with the service. Really appreciated that I was made to feel like a valued customer and not just another number, which is the feeling I have had before when going to one of the bigger chains.   I've been taking my daughters and father here for years now and the team are beyond fantastic! Sandeep is incredibly thorough, patient, caring and brilliant at getting the rapport needed with my 5 & 8 year old. They felt at ease with him and he managed to retain their attention. He has also tested my father, who with his dementia can be difficult to keep focused at time and engage with. We've put off eye tests through covid and with my own eyes not feeling right, we had to get an appointment in. We felt really safe and the measures they had taken to keep us and them safe were brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team here - Sandeep and Parv are great!   The whole team at I Care do a brilliant job at taking care of me and my whole family who have been visiting the opticians for many years now. They have even kept the opticians open a bit longer when we have needed to pop and give us a lot of time when we have our appointments. Sandeep and his team are doing a great job!   We had 3 appointments yesterday for check ups & new prescription glasses. Sandeep Bassi is a very professional optician with up-to-date equipment & it was great to have the vision test & to have our eye health checked too. The shop has recently been refurbished & has an excellent range of frames, sunglasses & lenses. The staff were knowledgeable & really friendly too so made for a really good experience. We're looking forward to returning next week to collect our new glasses. Mr Bassi diagnosed a rare precancerous eye disease when he tested my Mother's eyes previously, so we can't recommend him enough.   I was recommended ICare optician by a friend as we tried a high street chain optician to start with and my daughter still struggled with her sight inspite of a recent eye test. Sandeep did a very thorough eye test and we realised that my daughter needed double the prescription she was previously given.   I have been visiting Sandeep for many years and I refuse to go to another optician. I went in after I had broken my glasses and they found a quick solution and ensured that I left the optician being able to see, at a reasonable cost. The aftercare that followed has been good too.   Excellent service. Sandeep did a very thorough eye check up of my two young girls. He was very patient with them and gave honest feedback about their vision.   Having moved to the area about 9 gyears ago , I wanted to find an optometrist who my young children felt comfortable with . That’s when I came across Sandeep. The welcome we got when we first saw him was so warm and friendly that I knew instantly I had made the right choice . The appointments did not feel rushed . He took the time to get to know us and give us all his care and attention . My prescription has been so much more better suited than what was provided at specsavers.   I am extremely happy with the service I recieved at I Care Opticians, I have good eyesight but always found that my eyes would be extremely fatigued whenever I was reading or using the computer, after my sight test with Sandeep he recommended some blue light lenses with a small prescription and I have been extremely happy ever since. Where before I couldn't read for long periods of time I now can happily without any problems with tiredness, I am even using them now whilst typing. I was also helped at finding some beautiful glasses that I felt suited me perfectly by Parv who acted professionally and has a knack for finding the perfect ones.   After experinecing difficulty in finding a suitable multi focal contact lense from my previous optician, a friend of mine recommended I try I Care Opticians in Pinner. I met Sandeep & he took great care in finding the correct lenses for me. He let me try a number of samples just to make sure he got my perscription spot on, which actually includes a stigmatism in my right eye, nothing was too much trouble. I honestly thought that all Opticians were the same but was completely taken aback by how professional and knowledgeable Sandeep and Ritu were and I just wished that my previous Opticians had given me the same expert advice.   I have visited optcians for six decades, not only in the UK, but in Hong Kong, Turkey, Egypt and Morocco. However, it is Sandeep and his team that stand out above all others. I have never been fond of eye tests, but Sandeep has an easy manner. He and his staff are very good in making the selection process easy and on one occasion tracked down a frame that I spotted elsewhere (knowing the make and having a picture of the frame helped.) The staff are exceedingly helpful, friendly and always ensuring customer needs are met first. An example of this being when my son required an additional pair of emergency glasses; ICare were able to process a repeat order for a similar pair in a short space of time. Choosing the right pair of glasses can sometimes be a dilemma at the best of times; ICare were able to offer a variety of frames along with honest advice, resulting to purchasing a frame I thoroughly enjoy wearing on a daily basis.
