  Aristone is absolutely fantastic. I lost my prescription sunglasses the day before going to a festival and after frantically calling around opticians without much luck and then being quoted over £300 just to put some new lenses in another pair I finally discovered Aristone. They were so helpful and friendly from the start and I got a new pair of prescription raybans made within 1.5hours! the price was absolutely fantastic and they didn’t overcharge for everything. I'd previously been to another opticians and wanted a more friendly, customer centric service that I know will look after my needs and really cares about the customer and solving vision problems. I was given free trial lens on the same day and a quick service on the delivery, in time for me to take away on holiday. The staff and the owner are very professional and friendly.   Went here for the first time today after having trouble with my previous opticians. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and even though I was early for my appointment I was seen straight away. Everyone was really lovely and knowledgeable. The service is amazing and they talk you through every step and answer any questions you have. I now feel confident that my prescription is correct.   Awful place, terrible customer service although when you pop into the shop they're always friendly and nice. Got my new spectacles and upon trying them on felt they were terribly wrong. Got fobbed off by the excuse that it was a big increase and that my eyes will get used to it after a week. It turned out that the measurements were wrong in one lens and they blamed the manufacturer. Thought I'd give them a second chance and tried to get fitted for contact lenses. The receptionist didn't tell me that I needed to book another appointment when handing over my trial lenses, which I finally did. It's been over 2 months and my new trial lenses have not arrived; each time I call they just fob me off with the excuse that they're expecting the delivery soon, or that I would get a call back which never happened. The use of technology was very impressive, i have not come accross this in some other opticians. The staff i delt with were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend these people.   Never had such good service. Went there at 1pm on a Saturday on a whim. Chose some glasses. Had an eye test (free). Asked if they could deliver in Sunday...amazingly they said yes. Less than 24 hours later I have a pair of new glasses on my nose. Astonishingly good service! And far, far more reasonably priced than bigger chains.   This is a fantastic optician like no other. I recently started to use there service where i was introduced via my work. They are simply the best. The designs are unique and they are huge on fashion with expert advice. I have found them to be cheaper than leading high street opticians such as specsavers ior any other private or commercial company. You cannot beat this company in price neither there expertise.I have bought 4 pairs of Armani specs in the last 6 months. I then found that they was so reliable my wife was introduced along with my daughter. Guys dont get ripped off as you need not to pay more than needed.
