  Confidently recommend OCO / The Eye Place for prescription glasses. The supply of spectacles beyond cosmetic or resting purposes requires a degree of expertise, dedication, and craft that should not be taken for granted. From the moment I stepped into the store they were able to engage in deep discussions on lenses, materials, and prescriptions. It was also clear to me they enjoy their work. Ez and Lukas made excellent recommendations on lenses and frames and were keen on discussing options when questions were asked. Davina was patient and delightful to work with in achieving very good visual acuity without overcorrecting. Prescription glasses, when meant to be worn continuously, are an integral part of the user's life. Nothing was too much, which I found very satisfying and it's why they will remain my choice for upcoming needs. I was desperate to get my gorgeous new Danish designed Lindberg glasses asap due to an issue I am having with my eyes and the team went above and beyond to get them to me asap.   Amazing service! I had a problem with my glasses that I bought in the shop some time ago. I went back and Lukas was understanding and helpful. He said he was going to try to sort it out. One week later I received an email that my glasses are ready for pick up. The problem got solved to an extend that was better than I expected.   Absolutely great service, a very friendly team and fantastic range of frames. I was quickly made to feel welcome, and shown a range of frames that were exactly right for what i was after. I was able to get my eyes checked immediately and given a choice of lenses that suited me. The team there are real experts and passionate about getting it right for the customer.   Happy owner of some fantastic new glasses. The staff at OCO where great and I'd definitely shop their again. I wanted a very specific pair of frames and they were great in helping me find the best colour and fit. They have a really nice range of designer frames and can order anything that's out of stock.   Excellent service here at OCO. They have some great frames and was really happy with the pair I bought. The customer service is warm, friendly and they went into great detail and care with the fitting. Standard lenses with anti reflective coatings are included in the retail price which is a bonus.   This is a fantastic shop. Great selection of sunglasses. I saw a pair I liked online, called and reserved them. No hassle at all to pick them up and they were so helpful in the shop!   Great customer service. Both Jen and Adam were very helpful in regards to advising on the frames they had on offer. I personally enjoyed the boutique feel of their store where as other stores have pushy sales staff they were patient and pleasant. The store's displays were very well presented, they had a varied selection of frames and the value of the frames were insanely good! The true test of a business's customer service is not when things go well but when things do not. After purchasing some glasses, I had realised the frames were not for me. I contacted the team immediately and they were very understanding and asked no questions in regards to providing a refund. But please bear in mind I had asked them to put the order on hold before the lenses were ordered (the lenses are made to order, so if they were shipped they I'm afraid it would too late for a refund). All in all, if you are looking to get a some new glasses I would highly recommend checking out Oco Glasses! (Traduzido pelo Google) Ótimo serviço ao cliente.   These guys are absolutely amazing. The range of frames is brilliantly curated and there is not a bad frame in the shop. It’s got the best brands you know and the best brands you don’t know. The staff are brilliant and knowledgable. Despite the niche selection, the staff never fall into the trap of being pretentious.   I bought 3 pairs of Lindberg titanium rim glasses through them. Lindberg was hard to find in Hong Kong. Their service was excellent, their communication was timely and their price was reasonable. I would highly recommend OCO - even I would always do the ride through the whole city again to get my glasses there if I needed new ones.   OCO definitely does not deserve 5 stars. The optician and the shop personnel are not professional enough, nor enjoy what they do. Their only interest is to sell you a new frame, without really caring about customer’s needs. They do not come across as a bunch who know much about the profession. I would recommend you to think twice before making an appointment or stepping into the shop in the first place. All their stars seem very much self assigned than genuinely well earned appreciation stars!   I have worn the same glasses for years (just bought the same style of Ray Bans' for 11 years). Just easy and simple right? Needless to say, it was a big change for me. These people made it happen and they didn't have to - they kept trying until I hit the pair.   I had to quickly find a place which had Fendi glasses as my pair of old glasses had suddendly broken. I went to Oco as they stored Fendi as brand and was very satisfied. I had my old glasses fixed (they ordered new arms directly to the factory in Italy), but as I found so many nice frames I decided to buy a brand new frame with lenses. I had the eye check with Jenny - very professional - and chose my new frame with Mauro. All ready within a week. Very competitive prices for the lenses, I am also very short-sighted and the lense I now have is the thinnest I have ever had - been wearing glasses for over 20 years. Overall a perfect customer service and very nice products. I am glad to have found a good optician in London!   I went to OCO when I found out that they sell the Eyevan brand. I discovered a fantastic shop with an amazing selection of other beautiful high quality glasses brands (Mr Leight, Dita, Garrett Leight, Oliver Peoples, Fendi, William Morris....so many others, just go there to see...) But most of all, the staff makes such a big difference. I had the pleasure to be advised by Mauro who felt like the soul of the shop and thanks to whom I now rank this shop as my favourite in London (and beyond). Never met such a knowledgable, service oriented and passionate optician (histories of the brands, technicity involved in each model of glasses, honesty in advising about what fits and doesn’t...), he added this human quality and passion which is difficult to find nowadays in shops. I could tell that other members of staff were very good too. I ended up bying a new pair from a brand I discovered there. I will go back for my prescription glasses and other sunglasses.   I am very grateful to OCO for looking after me with such kindness and patience. I turned up there for my first ever pair of glasses with a pair of frames I’d bought somewhere else, and what eventually turned out to be an incorrect prescription from a High St chain. OCO made the lenses and because the prescription was incorrect they obviously didn’t work. I went back to the High St chain where I’d had the prescription done and they were uninterested, unhelpful and avoidant. The team at OCO however were absolutely brilliant - they retested my vision, gave me the right prescription, and now I have a pair of perfect glasses which I love. I just wish I had just gone to OCO in the first place - I would have saved lots of time and hassle all round. It’s incredible that small, caring companies like this still exist in an increasingly corporate London. A big thank you to Jennie and all the staff at Oco! You are all total stars!   Talk about unfair business practices... bought a pair of sunglasses from the store, decided that they were not the right fit for me so went into return them within 2 weeks. Was told that there are no refunds accepted for instore purchase even though they never informed me of that, invoice doesn’t state that and there are no signs in the store of that. Further online website states returns can be made within 15 days. Came back to the store the next day and the manager (Vini) said they had a new management and it was a new company than OCO, so policies changed, even though both my printed and email receipt says OCO and the company website is OCO.
