  The optician herself was really good but the rest of the service not so much, felt pressured to pay for extras and almost got forced to take out my phone and to give a five star review while I was waiting to collect. The colour of the frame started coming off after 3 months as well. Should have gone to a big chain instead.   I went there few times. staffs were very helpful and welcoming. Dr was very humble and good characteristic. clinic is very Hygienic, tidy and clean. There Communications systems are very good. Theres a broad selection of glasses and the customer service assistant helped me to choose a pair which I now love.   Best opticians in East London. Strongly recommended. I went to Specsavers first where I was rushed through the examination and they were not concerned to fine-tune the exact strength of the lenses. This optician examined me with care and gave me a more accurate lens strength. They also have a good sale where designer glasses can be bought for half price and they gave me a good deal on the lens anti-glare coating. It was an excellent experience all round and I was glad to buy glasses from this place rather than get the wrong lenses and more expensive glasses at Specsavers.
