  I wanted to chose an independent opticians, and so when I read on their Instagram page that it was an independent family opticians just being round the corner from my own business I couldn't have found a better place! I'd checked out their Instagram and found the pics pretty entertaining and informative. Gail was so welcoming and friendly, it was just a lovely atmosphere. The facilities were clean and tidy. I was a bit apprehensive as I knew my eyes had deteriorated since my last eyetest elsewhere but Mohsin made me feel at ease and explained everything. At 34 it's the first time I've needed glasses so it's a pretty big deal, and with Gail happily helping me to chose a pair it was easier than I thought. I'm just waiting for my lenses to be fitted and then the fun begins! Thanks for a great experience.   1000x better than Specsavers!! Even from the get-go through the phone it has been a lovely service. 15 minutes from walking through the door I had completed the eye test, and 15 minutes after that I'd chosen 2 frames and they'd been ordered and paid for, and I was walking out of the door. Just 30 minutes in total, you spend that in Specsavers waiting, after your appointment time just to have one of the eye tests!   Excellent opticians who pride themselves on providing a personalised touch to the service they provide. This was my first time visiting an independent opticians and I was not disappointed. The wide choice of frames available at Optivu meant I was genuinely happy with the frames I chose and my glasses were ready quicker than I expected. I will no longer be visiting the big chain opticians for a new prescription or glasses.   The best experience I've ever had in all the years I've been wearing glasses. The customer service Mohsin and Gail provide is absolutely first class, nothing too much trouble. A warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere and a wide choice of frames and options. Thank you Gail for your patience while I tried on numerous pairs of glasses before going back to practically the first pair you showed me!   I was looking for a pair of all black Rayban aviators everywhere and by far optivu provided me the best price. They went beyond expectations by providing a eye test the same day than showing me a variety of sunglasses to choose from, from which I found the one I like. They also provided me with the option to add my prescription and a variety of coatings. I would recommend anyone looking for a good deal with great service to definitely check out optivu.   I bought my glasses from Optivu in Morley Great service. I scratched a lens a few months back and having taken out the scratch insurance I got my lens replaced for free. A week ago I accidentally broke my glasses so I took them back for repair expecting a rather large bill, however they repaired them for free. What better service can you get. Receptionist really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. I’ve tried all the high street opticians over the years, Optivu has been the best so far.   After phoning round all opticians based around the morley area for an urgent eye test, only Optivu could get me in within a week. Brilliant professional service with a speedy referral to my doctor. Gayle and Abubakr were both very knowledgeable regarding products and services and very welcoming. I was told my new glasses could take upto two weeks to be ready with all the fuel shortages and other current delays, however I was over the moon when I received a phone all today to say they were ready 4 days earlier than expected . Thank you to all at Optivu I certainly won't be going elsewhere ever again.   My first time for a test and glasses at Optivu. The service is so much better than the high street, you get a personal one. No waiting and being pushed aside. The test was comprehensive and the verifocals that I got are excellent. All the extended family now use Optivu. Highly recommended.   Just been to Optivu and it was just what i wanted. I got the most amazing assistance from the lady in the shop and came away feeling very pleased with the choice of glasses I bought.   I have worn rigid gas permeable contact lenses for over 40 years and, as these types of lenses are not popular anymore I needed an optician I could trust to fit me with a new pair. Turnaround time from placing order of some snazzy Ray Bans was remarkably swift (few days). Upon arrival I was able to have the frame correctly adjusted to ensure perfect fitment.   I was having issues with my glasses from specsavers and even after going back to them they were unsuccessful in resolving the issue. A friend recommended optivue and I was given an appointment within a few days. The optician ensured my prescription was right and spent a lot of time to ensure I was comfortable with the prescription. My lenses were replaced for me and were ready within 3 days. I was even contacted a few weeks later to check how I was getting in with the new prescription! Absolutely wonderful service.   Amazing customer service. I visited Optivu with a specific brand of glasses in mind; and they were able to source the frames and fulfil my requirements even though they did not stock this brand in store the team at Optivu we’re still able to source them.The staff were very professional and efficient, I would highlighly recommend Optivu and I will certainly be going back in the future when it’s time to upgrade my frames. :) (Traduzido pelo Google) Atendimento ao cliente incrível.
