  Nice optician ..eye test was great...however after test i was told i needed to have glasses....i felt pressure to get my specs from them...I no by law i should of been given my prescription so i could get frames off the web..ect i dont no wots wrong with my eyes except i need glasses when reading working,ect....so i was miffed i did not get my prescription i had to choose frames that day and paid Also when my GF picked my frames and lenses and still no prescription ...when i was picking frames i was influenced to get frames that was not cheap (Well there cheap frames but not at optivue)...il try them again after xmas... plus COVID. The people there were so professional and helpful, from the gentleman who tested my eyes to the girls who helped me choose my frames and offering great advice.   Went in with broken glasses needing new ones as soon as possible. Staff were very helpful and friendly and even though they didn’t range the frames I wanted anymore they tracked some down and I had 2 new pairs of glasses the next day. First class service all round.   I can not say enough amazing things about the staff here, everything they go out of there way to help us . We moved from bramley to quite a distance away , but we would go nowhere else , we stayed with them and travel every time . The service is outstanding and the price is fantastic .   Shocking service. Taken from start to never finish ,over potential 7 weeks to get contact lenses. Their reason is that they havnt got the staff due too holidays and that I have too work around an appointment with them. IM PAYING! Will go elsewhere with a more professional approach. The eye test done on the same day, some fantastic frames to choose from, and a wide price range of lenses available too. Didn't hassle me or try to sell anything while I took my time looking around. Ended up ordering my glasses from here as they have a big selection of frames and suited my modest budget. They know how fussy my now teenage daughters can be with glasses and it’s never a problem to them they are very helpful and patient and my girls always come out happy. Which makes me a happy mum.   Poor customer care and communication. They will tell you that they will call you if your glasses are ready BUT THEY NEVER DO.
