  I booked an eye test appointment last week and when I showed up today over my lunch break, they told me my appointment was not in the system, and that they can’t do anything about it. I explained them I had to make an effort at work to come and if there was any chance to do the eye test anyway, but they didn’t allow it since the agenda was full. Although the staff were friendly to me, they didn’t give me any solution other than book another appointment in 2 weeks – They also told me it wasn't the first time they have customers with an online appointment and not showing up in the system. I decided to go to another optician shop, since I do not consider they wanted me as a customer and unfortunately, I need to rate 1* since my experience was not good at all, and I lost my lunch break on top. If you finally decide to go to this shop, I would call them to ensure your appointment went through, otherwise try another shop. Edit: I'd consider giving more stars (2 or 3) because the staff was friendly, but when they told me it happened before and still not solved, I need to mark 1* to highlight the importance of the customer experience. Apesar do staff ter sido simpático comigo, não me deram outra solução senão marcar outra consulta dentro de 2 semanas – Disseram-me também que não era a primeira vez que tinham clientes com marcação online e não comparecem ao sistema . Resolvi ir a outra ótica, pois considero que não me queriam como cliente e infelizmente, preciso de dar nota 1* pois a minha experiência não foi nada boa, e ainda por cima perdi a hora do almoço. Se você finalmente decidir ir a esta loja, eu ligaria para eles para garantir que sua consulta fosse realizada, caso contrário, tente outra loja. Edit: Eu consideraria dar mais estrelas (2 ou 3) porque a equipe foi amigável, mas quando eles me disseram que aconteceu antes e ainda não foi resolvido, preciso marcar 1 * para destacar a importância da experiência do cliente.

  Can’t recommend them at all the worst optician experience I’ve ever had. Did a booking online for an appointment today I filled out everything correctly I showed up Today went all the way there to hear they can’t find my booking. On top the been rude and not helpful. They should have done the appointment anyways it’s their fault with the booking. What a bad service.   The best Opticians in town. Very thorough appointments and professional. Was all very easy to do with their online booking system, the only opticians in Gib which has one.   Visited here for the first time yesterday. The optician, Gabriella, was extremely professional and carried out an extremely thorough eye test and examination of my eyes.
