  What a great service Gache provide. I had to get new glasses and they were super helpful. They saved me spending more money than I needed to and were able find the correct ones I needed. Took over 45mins, but I didn't feel rushed and they understand what I was looking for. I highley recommended them. Lovely staff also. I will definitely be going back there when needed.   I received a fantastic service from Gache Opticians and Helena. I haven't had my eyes tested for some years and Helena was incredibly thorough and informative. My new glasses were ready within a couple of days and I have recommended Gache and Helena to a number of colleagues already.   Our family have all had our eyes tested with Gache's. They are very professional and we always find them all warm and welcoming. All the people there are polite, friendly, understanding and extremely efficient, this especially applies to the Manager. Cannot imagine such a lovely person ever shouting at anyone.   my experience at gache was horrible. The blonde lady was very rude and didn’t even give me the time of day, i had gone up to the shop & i was going to ask if i was able to get a new frame, before i could even ask the blady said “you need an appointment” and shut the door in my face before i even had a chance to ask my question!! very rude. will not be returning.
