  AS ALWAYS FIRST CLASS SERVICE. HOWEVER, A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT IS THE CLOSURE OF THE BERKELEY FACILITY. MAYBE AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THE CLOSURE IS NECESSARY CAN BE GIVEN. FOR OLDER PEOPLE WITHOUT TRANSPORT, OR ASSISTANCE, TRAVELLING TO EITHER DURSLEY OR THORNBURY WILL NOT BE EASY. (Traduzido pelo Google) COMO SEMPRE SERVIÇO DE PRIMEIRA CLASSE.
