  They exceed my expectations every time! Everyone is courteous, prompt, and thorough. I'm in and out in 30 minutes or less. My 13-year old and I both see Dr. Espinosa and I highly recommend her. The office staff will spend as much time as you need to find the perfect pair of glasses and give their honest feedback. Overall great experience!   Wow!!! What a complete pleasure that was. The entire staff was professional, warm and kind. From the time i arrived i was placed at ease. Everything was explained in great detail, options were discussed, and i was allowed to feel in control of my own care. Dr. Adam Clarin treated me like a member of his family.   After waiting two weeks for an appointment I show up for my appointment. The weather was really bad so traffic was a mess so I was late. No understanding or taking that into account. We book 30 minutes dedicated for each patient and try really hard to run on time so there is no wait once you arrive for your appointment. You can see how starting our first patient of the day 25 minutes late would set back the entire morning schedule. We try to be understanding, and of course we have a 15 minute grace period because we know traffic and parking in Miami can be tough and unpredictable. We didn’t get a call or text letting us know you’d be late or we could have tried to shuffle things around to make it work.   Dr Espinosa is the sweetest and patient with children. She took her time with each of the boys during their appt, and made them feel comfortable.   The staff is helpful and professional. My experience was not 100% perfect as my order for sunglasses was not done correctly. They stepped up and fixed it. The reason for the 3 stars is that As part of the fix, they set an expectation which they did not deliver. It’s fine if things aren’t perfect, but when a commitment is made to a customer it must be adhere to without the customer having to follow up. To be clear, their service was good and I still recommend their service. My issue is that it after waiting 4 weeks for them to deliver on what they had initially promised and as of this writing on 10/11/2021 they still haven’t made good on their promise (Traduzido pelo Google) A equipe é atenciosa e profissional.   Dr Clarin and his staff have always been great. But the other day my daughter developed pink eye, so I called up Clarin Eye Care. The staff got us right in for an appointment.   I went to Clarineyecare for my eye exam yesterday and my experience was outstanding. I saw Dr.Adam Clarin and he was professional, kind, and witty.   I’ve been a client for almost 10 years. The business was recommended by a friend who’s known for being a very demanding person. I tried and must say I loved Dr. Bruce and his staff since the begining. Dr. Bruce has lots of experience and makes sure the quality of service and knowledge is the highest. Dr. Adam is very good as well. The place is neat and the staff is professional and courteous. This is the only place I take my loved ones and myself every year for the eye exam. I don’t need to worry about the quality of the lenses cause the doctor checks every pair of glasses before they deliver it to the client.   This was my first time at this office. I was able to get an appointment in just a few days. The office is spacious and clean. The front staff is very friendly and professional. I was greeted and admitted as soon as I got there. In just a few minutes, Dr. Susan greeted me for my exam. She was very friendly and professional. She asked to get any background information, then explained everything that she was doing. She also frequently asks if you have any questions during your exam. A regular exam is $85 and the in-depth retinal scan is $40. They seemed to have a very complete and comprehensive exam. I would highly recommend them for regular exams and any eye problems or concerns. I believe that they are extremely skilled doctors, making you feel very comfortable with them.   I have been a patient of Dr. Sherr at Clarin for over 2years and she is fantastic! She is very thorough, explains the results of my exam throughout the process and asks the necessary questions. The customer service received from the staff, especially Ms. Emma, is top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my exams.   I've never had such an overall great experience at the eye doctor! I mean, I basically want to go to Clarin Eye Care Center just to have fun and hang with the girls that work there! Starting at the front desk with Missy who was so sweet, Dr. Susan Sherr who was so caring and absolutely hilarious, and finishing the visit off with Emma who I'm definitely going back to sit and chat with! :) Highly recommend for a visit to the Optometrist OR to just make new friends.   My family has been going to Clarin Eye Care for years and they have taken great care of my husband, son, & I. My daughter has always seen an Opthamologist due to her Strabismus condition; however, her Dr. relocated recently and we were not happy with the new practice. I took her to see Dr. Adam Clarin who took amazing care of her. We truly appreciate how awesome the entire staff was from the moment we walked in. THANK YOU, you have made one happy 16 year old!!   I came for an eye irritation I received treatment which I followed ... on the follow up appointment I mentioned the doctor just the redness improved but I still had the discomfort and she told me to continue the same treatment.. up to today nothing has changed. I wasted my money ...   I got my prescription and went to my fav store to get my lenses (warby parker) waited almost 2 weeks to get my glasses and the prescription was wrong! I went again with the dr. at Clarin Eye Care Center and they double checked and revised the prescription, indeed it was not correct. I want them to send the prescriptionover email right after I finished my appointment. I had to call next day since I didnt receive it on my email. So it has been a lost of time! I need to go again to Warby Parker to re do my prescritpion on my lenses... :( it is the first time I experience this error that lasted more than a month to get my lenses...or will last more than a month :S (Traduzido pelo Google) Peguei minha receita e fui à minha loja favorita para comprar minhas lentes (warby parker) esperei quase 2 semanas para comprar meus óculos e a receita estava errada! Sometimes eyeglass prescriptions need tweaking and a recheck isn’t exactly uncommon, although we want to get it right the first time every time. After reading your review I went and checked our sent email and the prescription was sent just after you left the office. I’m sorry you didn’t receive it and had to call back, but we did send it to the same email address as the one that went through the next day. I even called you personally the next day to make sure you received the prescription.   My recent visit at Clarin Eye Care is always one for the books. Dr. Bruce Clarin is a phenomenal optometrist who diligently seeks the best interest of all his patients while providing impeccable eye care. He also provides the BEST conversation, which is always a plus in my book. The staff is always warm and friendly, but Candice is my ultimate favorite. She is always of great assistant when I need her and is great with advisement on eyewear. Hands down Clarin Eye Care is the best practice in Miami.   I have to say that Clarin Eye Care is state of the art but more importantly, I felt like I got the highest level of care that is possible from a specialist. For my exam, my eyes were looked at through 4+ incredible machines, I then spent time with Dr. Adam Clarin going through the results and doing a few more exams. The level of care from the front desk, through the eye techs to the doctors is unbelievable. I said this before... if you would drive 45 minutes to your favorite anniversary dinner spot, of course for your yearly eye exam, you should go see the best eye team around. I would say if you are living anywhere from Homestead up through Aventura, this office is your #1 choice.   Dr. Sheer is the best and the other staff members, are amazing. One of the ladies offered to watch my Lil girl while Dr. Sheer did a last exam. I wasn't to keen on letting my 6 month old around strangers, but the lady (forgot her name) stayed close to the room I was in, keeping my daughter from crying while Dr. Sheer left the door open so my baby and I could be at ease.   This place needs a personality implant. Everyone is SO STANK!!! No sense of humor. No smiling. There is even a nasty note on the door that says WEAR YOUR MASK. Ok yes I wear a mask and I'm vaccinated but there are ways to post it. Like all other offices that state please wear one etc. I thanked the lady for my glasses and got a arggh. The girl up front couldn't say my name and caught an attitude. The tech was super uneducated. Oh yeah and my glasses took 3 weeks! I will never go back!   I have recently moved to Miami and was looking for an eye doctor. I found the office through my insurance. I am glad that I called. They were able to get me in for an exam within a few days. I saw Dr Sherr. She was awesome! She is very kind and very thorough. I will definitely be going back to the office and will be making Dr. Sherr my eye doctor. She did a great job with my contacts. She recommended the digital picture of my eye and showed me the back of my eye and the nerve. (Apparently I have a good nerve!) The entire staff was helpful, they helped me pick out new glasses!   Dr Laura Espinosa is absolutely awesome. She diagnosed my issue with my eye in seconds. I had gone to two other providers at different places that had no idea what they were doing (saying it was an infection when it wasn’t). Clarin Eye Care Center staff was also super accommodating. I met with Dr.Susan Sherr and she was very sweet & funny she performed every thing smoothly & explained every thing she did & why. She also explained why I was having headaches & gave me great advice as a student who's on the computer & studying a lot. This place also had a lot more brand glasses like Ray Bans that Americas Best & Vision works don't have. & I also found a pair of glasses that I loved! All the people were helpful, nice, & explain every thing in depth. I will be coming here again in the future! I highly recommend trying this place out if you're tired of Americas Best or Vision works.   A few days after meeting Dr. Adam Clarin at a business networking event I started experiencing some redness and burning in both of my eyes. In my profession I see patients all throughout the day and was worried about my appearance and the possibility of having an infection in my eyes.   The staff at Clarin is excellent, but most importantly, Dr. Shur was so professional. I had been going to VisionWorks for years, and somehow even though I was using contacts, I always had to put on readers for near vision which I did not understand that at all.   I have been going to eye doctors for a very long time. (I don't want to admit the actual number...). I had the best experience here with Dr. Sherr. (She pronounces it like "Sure"!) She did an amazing job with my exam. She took her time and explained everything clearly. She also brought up the OPTOMAP to keep track of my eye health issues. I will be doing this every year for me and my family. It is worth the few extra dollars!!!! I plan on bringing in my kids and husband next month. I called the office twice after that for a period of two weeks ago, and again nothing. I also tried the LIVE chat two times and in both occasions the online agent said that he/she will pass my request and a team member will contact me as soon as possible.   I was having trouble adjusting to my progressive lenses, I didn't like them so I didn't use them very often. Needless to say that this wasn't working. I'm at that crazy age where I can only see clearly about a foot and half from my face, everything else is blurry. Dr. Adam combined his thorough medical analysis with common sense to come up with a great solution. For me using my regular glasses combined with reading glasses worked much better, so now I'm using my glasses and can see again!   In addition to providing great clinical care (exam) -- I have seen both Dr. Clarins (son and father!) -- their entire staff is extremely professional, while still being "real" -- they are patient, super helpful with making appointments, verifying insurance, and helping with picking out glasses (which they have onsite!!).... I complimented them today for being SO easy to schedule an appointment with by phone (and so professional) -- which is very refreshing (and not always the cast elsewhere). I highly recommend them (and I am someone who used to only see opthamologists -- I feel that they are very knowledgable -- about the latest clinical topics, but also about health policy and business....).   Today after mask mandate is not longer active and I argued a medical condition I was very discriminated and they make me wait outside for my new pair of glasses, they even bring me outside the store a mirror . What an awful experience!!! Medical exceptions are not longer accepted at a medical place.
