  I cannot recommend A B Optics highly enough, our whole family go to them for our eyecare. Mr Bandali has such a lovely way with my 3 children, he is always interested in what they have to say and reassuring about their glasses requirements. He is approachable and knowledgeable and we look forward to our annual check ups 😀. All the staff are lovely and helpful, an absolute gem and we are lucky to have them in Church Stretton.   This was my first visit to A.B Optics since moving to Church Stretton. I couldn't be more satisfied with the comprehensive examination carried out by Zulfi. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything clearly and answer all questions and address any concerns I had. I thoroughly recommend having the retinal imaging done as this shows so much more information about the eyes over and above the usual procedures and can help prevent future problems from occurring.   Absolutely fantastic! the optician Is one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Even though he must see hundreds of people throughout the year he still always remembers each person individually including there family, interests, hobbies etc and talks to you with a genuine interest in your life and happy to share with you his own making you feel relaxed almost as if you are sat talking with a personal friend. All the staff are amazingly helpful and go above and beyond to gibe you thebbest possible service and experience they can. My children actually look forward to going to have a eye test!   Absolutely amazing! Most friendliest and professional place I’ve ever been. Took both children with me who were given pencils, balloons and made to feel at ease and wanted there!   The customer service at A.B Optics Church Stretton is first class ! My son and I recently had our eyes tested and I really appreciated our customer experience . Mr Bandali was very professional and happy to share his expertise when asked questions on the scanning procedure and equipment etc.. My son had concussion needing a visit to A&E four weeks prior to his eye test and Mr Bandali kindly did an extensive examination to assess for any residual effects from his head injury ( thankfully all was as it should be ) It was very kind of him , and much appreciated; thank you . Mr Bandali takes time to educate and explain what’s going on throughout the examination which is incredibly interesting and always gives honest helpful advice. Having been away for a few years and returning all my records were still on file making for an easy comparison which was incredibly helpful.   Such a lovely opticians. Whole team of staff very welcoming and kind to my four year old who was a little upset at having eye drops put in.
