  THIS IS THE PLACE! Honestly, I had one of the best service ever, the attention to the detail was magnificent, at the end I felt part of their family. From the first call until the moment that I picked up the glasses. Everything was 100% smooth. In every single step they went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Fun fact: I went to another optician previously to this one due to the fact that the other place has more reviews. Enough to say that I left straight away the other store to come here.   Excellent service, highly recommend Focal Point Opticians in Carrick. They genuinely care. The optician obviously loves her job as she explains what she does and is always concerned that you are comfortable. The receptionist is very efficient, friendly and so helpful. A* plus all round.   I took my teen daughter here for an eye test and to buy new glasses. Great care and time was taken to ensure she had the correct prescription and to choose frames that would suit her face shape and colouring.
